We offer an OPTIONAL and UNIQUE dining experience to our guests. Dylan and Becky Connell are chefs beyond compare. Although both are full time teachers in a private Christian academy, they have studied and worked with other chefs incorporating international as well as down home Texas Traditions into their menus offerings. Cooking has been a hobby and a profession for Dylan. He brings his gifts to your table. Should you choose this option, you may speak personally to the chef, or have us make reservations. Dylan and Becky will quietly prepare your evening meal and serve it by courses in the relaxed atmosphere of your own private cottage. As they cook, you can sit on the porch in the breezes over the valley. Or sip your chosen wine or tea, enjoying the conversation of your spouse and/or family. This is the ultimate in pampering, even the clean up is done effortlessly and quickly so that you can continue your evening as you choose. Be assured, you will want to have this included in your stay each time you return to GateWay.
